Guerilla is not your typical BPO Company. People are friendly, from the top management to the staff. Everyone’s friends with everyone, that’s what I love the most. Our client are also considerate, above all else, they make sure that we’re okay (our wellbeing). They are not only interested with our work output, but also with our personal lives (outside the office and family concerns.) That’s how they connect with us.
