Clark, Pampanga – Guerilla Staffing Solution recently held a mini-event celebrating Valentine’s Day for its employees, showcasing its commitment to fostering a positive work environment and building strong relationships among its staff. It was held on the office premises and participated by employees from all working shifts yesterday, February 14, 2023.
The celebration was filled with fun activities, and inspiration teaching each employee valuable lessons they can apply in their daily lives.

It’s a Match Photobooth
Conceived as a “Freedom Wall”, our staff shared their inner thoughts anonymously, be it about their friends, crushes or someone special.

Wear your status
Guerilla encouraged everyone to give a little snippet about their relationship status by wearing clothes in accordance with it. They were given choices such as Red for Married; Pink for in a relationship; and of course White for Single.

‘Find your Match’ Game
Last but not least, we prepared a game that requires everyone’s cooperation and interaction. Each employee receives a piece of the puzzle with a curated symbol. Each item is paired with an additional item bearing the same thing. The rule of the game is simple, they just need to find their pair and complete the whole puzzle. The final holder of the complete puzzle receives the price prepared by the management.
“We don’t want our staff to miss out on celebrating Valentine’s Day and we want them to feel loved even while in their workplace”, said the Guerilla Staffing Solution management. “In the future, we will continue to do things like this to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication”
Overall, the Valentine’s Day celebration was a huge success and received positive feedback from employees.
