The hiring process may vary depending on the position and the client’s requirements, but it generally takes a few days to a couple of weeks to complete.
📒 Applicants typically go through three interview stages:
1️⃣ Initial interview with our Recruitment Team,
2️⃣ Second interview with the Account Manager, and
3️⃣ Final interview with the Client.
Once you’ve successfully passed each stage, our team will contact you directly to inform you of the next steps or your final result.

Yes, you may apply for more than one position. We welcome applicants who wish to explore multiple roles. If you successfully pass the interview for two or more positions, our team will carefully evaluate where your skills and experience are the best fit. We also make sure to ask for your preference so we can proceed with the role that aligns most with your goals and interests.

Our working hours depend on the client’s time zone and requirements, as we match our employees’ schedules to best support our clients’ operations. Currently, we serve clients from Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, and Europe, so work schedules may vary depending on the account you’re assigned to. This setup allows our team to collaborate closely with clients in real time, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery.
Because Guerilla Staffing Solutions serves clients from different regions, your work schedule will depend on the client’s location and business hours.
- AU & NZ clients = typically morning to afternoon PH time
- SG clients = regular day shift
- US & European clients = night or late-night shifts
