A little preparation goes a long way—take a quick look at these reminders so we can focus on having fun, building connections, and creating great memories together. Reviewing them ahead of time will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Helpful Reminders & Things to Avoid
Bring an empty reusable tumbler. Only empty tumblers are allowed inside the water park.
Apply sunscreen before entering the park and reapply as needed.
Use a waterproof pouch or plastic case to protect your phone and valuables.
Follow all park safety rules and instructions from lifeguards and event coordinators.
Help keep the venue clean by disposing of trash properly.
Wear yellow upon arrival for official photos. You may change into swimwear after the photo session.
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the water park.
Smoking and bringing cigarettes, vapes, and similar products are prohibited.
Do not bring deadly weapons, sharp objects, or any dangerous items.
Drones are not allowed inside the premises.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Avoid any behavior that may compromise your safety or the safety of others.
Swimwear Guidelines
Recommended swimwear includes rash guards and one-piece swimsuits. Avoid overly revealing attire.
Wear comfortable, water-appropriate attire that allows you to safely enjoy all activities and attractions.
Do not wear clothing with zippers, metal, buttons, or sharp attachments, as these may damage the rides.
Please note that certain attractions may prefer guests to wear a one-piece swimsuit for safety purposes.
Additional Reminders
A cancellation fee of ₱2,000 will apply for confirmed participants who cancel their attendance.
Your wristband comes preloaded with P600 in credits, ready to use on food, drinks, and souvenirs inside the venue.
Need more? Just top up at any kiosk. Cash is not accepted. Use RFID credits, cards, or QR payments. Top-ups are available at kiosks.
Lost RFID wristbands will be subject to a replacement charge.
Life vests and flotation devices are available free of charge and may be used when needed.
The Team Building Program will run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Tables and seating areas are free to use. Please ensure that the table is not currently occupied before using it.
Restrooms and changing facilities are conveniently located throughout the water park.
