The management does their job when it comes to supervising us with our work. The huddles that we do weekly help me reflect on what was done in the past and what needs to be done in the future. What I enjoy the most working here is the work-life balance that the company offers. I also like working with my colleagues because they’re very supportive. Client is very kind and considerate with the work that I do, and they’re really appreciative which motivates me to work harder and better.
