At Guerilla, we believe that behind every successful project is a team that works with synergy, trust, and a shared purpose. That’s why we took a day off from our regular hustle and brought the entire team together for a refreshing and meaningful Team Building event last June 1, 2025, at the scenic RL Resort and Leisure Park in Porac, Pampanga.
The Theme: “Together We Build, Together We Win”
This year’s theme emphasized collaboration, open communication, and positivity — values that are deeply embedded in the Guerilla culture. Through a series of fun yet strategic activities, we strengthened the bonds that make our workplace more than just an office—it’s a family.
Highlights of the Day
The day was filled with team challenges and games that went beyond testing strength or speed, focusing instead on coordination, trust, and collaboration. We also took part in workshops designed to strengthen communication and teamwork, especially within a remote and hybrid work setup. Reflection circles gave everyone the chance to share what they’ve learned from one another and to recognize how each role plays a vital part in our bigger mission. All of this was wrapped in plenty of laughter, strong team spirit, and truly unforgettable moments by the pool and around the grill.
Why It Matters
Events like this remind us that when we work together, we don’t just reach goals—we build something bigger than ourselves. The day was filled with energy, smiles, and new perspectives that we’re bringing back to our daily work with renewed motivation.
